Current Progression : 9/9 BT : 5/5 Hyjal : 4/4 Tempest Keep : 6/6 Serpentshrine Cavern

After our first week of attempts on the final boss, we knew we would get our kill soon.   The next week we pushed harder than we ever have before, even sacrificing Hyjal to spend more time on Illidan.

On August 7th, 2008 (Thursday) We downed Illidan for the first time, finishing our journey through Black Temple.  On this night, our raid pushed espically hard and after several 14% attempts we stayed an hour past our normal raid time to finish the job.

I want to thank EVERYONE on our raid team and in our guild who made all of this possible.  We have all sacraficed a lot in our real lives to meet up three nights a week for the last four months in order to get where we are now.  We have been through some good times and some bad times all of which have made us into a stronger team.  A lot of new friendships have been formed and I look forward to going into the expansion with every one of you because it has always been the people that make this game so great.  We will now have many stories and memories to reflect on while we grind to 80 and dive into the new content that awaits us!
